Primarily responsible for visually documenting all aspects of a Community College. Photographs used by all schools, departments and entities affiliated with the college for promotion and documentation purposes. Responsible for instituting and maintaining an archive of digital photographs exceeding 100,000 photographs and continuing to expand. In charge of scheduling appointments for photo shoots to meet current deadlines and in anticipation of future need/use. Under the direction of the Publications Coordinator, responsible for numerous graphics projects including athletics posters, program books; various newsletters and other publications.

Duties included taking photographs (news, sports and advertisement), getting accurate caption information and color correction for print, performing weekly layout and proofing reading pages, responsible for all archiving, generating and reporting on news and feature stories on a deadline for a weekly newspaper.

Recruited and assigned photographers to cover the University of Wyoming for the Student run newspaper.

Responsible for assisting the head equipment manager for laundering practice and game uniforms, keeping inventory, inspecting protective equipment, also managing football practices, assisting with setup, take-down, and traveling for home and away football games.

Worked within a plan set up by the Colorado State Forest Service and US Forest Service to thin heavy fuel to form fire breaks. Oversaw conservation projects utilizing volunteer youth in an educational format.

Supervised all aspects of shooting program at summer camp for 2,000 Boy Scouts duties included rifle shooting, shotgun shooting, muzzle-loading rifle shooting, archery and logistics. Also oversaw a staff of up to seven employees.
